Job pulse
Every active job at a glance — fed by the dailies, the pile maps, the shop and the transport board. Nothing here is typed in by hand.

Tuesday meeting
Every active job and what is coming, one screen each — picture, the week’s work, how far along, and whether it holds its date. Arrow keys move. What gets decided here is typed on the slide and carried to next week.

Scope:
Documents added while a scope is picked are tagged to it automatically. The little button on each row moves one — untagged shows everywhere.

Set up the plan pages here — foremen see these in the daily app and color in what's done. Slide the day bar to flip through progress.

Set what each color means on this job — the daily PDF shows this legend.

Day
Drop the TBC FXL export here and it re-runs the QC math — horizontal deviation off the restake shot, elevation and depth against design, pay depth over the base, and the change-order dollars. Every import is kept as a dated snapshot.

Labor to date
Production totals
Every batch ticket the crew photographed on this job, newest pour first. Write the supplier, ticket number and CY on them as the invoices come in — it saves as you type.

Equipment — health & billing
| Unit | Category | Health | Open issues | Days on site (YTD) | Day rate | Billed YTD |

Day rate is what you bill per day on site — click a rate to edit. Days come from dailies (unit toggled on for that day's report).
Shop / misc work
Work the mechanics logged against something that isn't in the equipment list — shop gear, the yard, tools, anything. Give the ones that keep coming back a label, and the shop app will offer that label as a one-tap pick next time.
Fabrication SKUs
What the yard builds. The man filing a fabrication daily picks from this list and types a count; the Tuesday meeting plans and tracks the job by the same SKUs. Retire one instead of deleting it — the old dailies keep their counts.

The month board — grouped by job
One block per job. Crew, iron, concrete and trucks nested underneath it, so the question "who's on a job in August" is one glance instead of four screens. Idle iron gets its own block at the bottom, in full.
Moves log
Every truck move with its pictures and its little report — from, to, who drove, when it rolled and when it landed. Concrete and powder deliveries live on the Transport calendar, not here.

Joe’s sheet, live — one card per job, the crew down the left, the equipment down the right (with its tooling under it). Tap + man or + equipment on a card to put someone on it; a man stays on a job until you move him. The top name is the foreman — tap a name to make him foreman, move him, take him off, or set his task. Tap the header to set the company colour, the date line for the start date & time, the Schedule line to put in the phases and their days (the card and the look-ahead project the dates from there), the notes line for pile sizes and reminders. Nothing reaches the crew until Send to the crew: every man with a new or changed assignment gets one text (job, address, start, scope, the equipment on the job and its tooling) and replies Y — ✓ turns green. 📱 texted, waiting on Y · ⚠ no answer · ☎✕ no number.
